What we collect, where it lives, how to delete it.

What we collect

The only structured form on this site is the Start a project form. It collects:

  • Name — so we know how to address you in the first reply.
  • Email — so we can reach you.
  • Company — so the founder can prepare for the call.
  • Stage — to scope the conversation.
  • Message (optional) — your two-sentence constraint.
  • Submission timestamp + IP address + user-agent — anti-spam telemetry, kept 90 days then discarded.

We do not collect phone, address, ID, financial information, or social handles.

Why we collect it

To respond to your project enquiry. That's the only purpose. We do not run a marketing list, send newsletters, or share details with third parties.

Where it lives

  • Submissions are forwarded to the founder via Telegram bot for fast acknowledgement and stored briefly in Cloudflare Workers KV. Encrypted at rest by Cloudflare.
  • If you've opted into a confirmation email, the dispatch routes through Resend (transactional email service, ap-northeast-1 region) using a verified thinkmpi.com sender domain.
  • The site is served from Cloudflare Pages. Page-view analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are aggregate and anonymised — no cookies, no per-visitor tracking, no advertising identifiers.

Retention

We keep your name + email + message until the project conversation has either concluded (engaged or declined) or 12 months of no engagement, whichever comes first. IP and user-agent telemetry are discarded after 90 days.

Delete request

Email contact@thinkmpi.com with subject Delete my enquiry. We act within 7 days and confirm deletion in writing.

Compliance

ThinkMPI processes personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). The legal entity is SFHL Innovations Private Limited (GSTIN 07ABNCS7462D1Z1) — SFHL is the Data Fiduciary. The Founder is the named Data Protection Officer until SFHL appoints a formal DPO.

Children

The site is intended for adults engaging in a B2B context. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
